Our Founders & Leadership
JLRD Construction Services was founded by Jenneth Regala, CPA, alongside her husband John Lor Diaz, Civil Engineer, bringing together financial discipline and engineering excellence. Strengthening the foundation of the company is Manuel Regala, a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of industry experience, whose hands-on expertise ensures practical, field-tested solutions.
The leadership team is further supported by Gelan Sasuman, a Mechanical Engineering graduate with more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, and Wendy Regala, Civil Engineer and Master Plumber, contributing strong technical knowledge and project coordination skills.
This multi-disciplinary leadership structure allows us to manage projects holistically—balancing design integrity, constructability, cost control, and long-term performance.
